Synopsis:

Each year, a killer emerges from the shadows to unleash a series of brutal, symbolic murders— always precise, always unsolved. When a determined FBI profiler joins two burned-out detectives on the trail they uncover a chilling pattern and go after the predator who kills with purpose and vanishes without a trace.

Director - Kent Loomer

Kent Loomer is an award winning director known for the feature length documentary, "The Dawgfather - The Legacy of Don James" and the short film, "Keys to Life"...both of which he wrote and directed. Beyond writing and directing, Kent is an actor who has appeared in feature films and network television shows along with numerous short films and regional commercials. He has an extensive amount of improvisational comedy experience and has performed at festivals across the country as well as toured with Ryan Stiles from "Whose Line is it Anyways?".

Director Statement

"Axed" was an idea that I had kicking around in my head for years that I wanted to shoot in the Bellingham, WA area before moving out of state. So, we assembled a small crew of highly experienced and talented people to bring the story to life. Hope you enjoy the film.
