Director - John Kestner

John Kestner attended Film School at Wright State University (Dayton, OH) and studied literature at Ohio University (Athens, OH) before moving west where he's worked in Nuclear Security for over 30 years. He has won over 100 awards for screenwriting and his short films have won over 300 awards nationally and internationally. Cross Examination is his eighth short film.

Director Statement

Filmmaking is the most powerful form of storytelling in human history. A story told with the structure of literature, the beauty of photography, and the movement of music holds the power to change a viewer's life. That's what film can do.
